David Drake's Obituary
David Drake passed away on September 22, 2025. Loving husband to Linda Drake. Devoted son of the late Nancy Drake, and the late Delford Drake. Cherished father of Macy Drake and David Drake, Sr. Beloved brother to the late Donald Drake, the late Jimmy Drake, and the late Donna Ciboroski. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
David Drake was a devoted family man and cherished every moment he had with them. Drake’s love for his family was the cornerstone of his life. He treasured his wife, his two children, and his grandson Carson, with whom he spent countless special moments with. His family was his greatest joy, and his love for them was evident in all he did.
He was a skilled carpenter of 35 years but outside of work, he was an avid sports fan. Like a true Baltimorean he would always cheer on the Baltimore Ravens. Other than sports he found happiness in fishing, playing golf, and above all else enjoying quality time with loved ones and friends.
Drake will be remembered as a kind, humorous, and honorable man who touched the lives of many. His compassion and unwavering friendship leaves behind a lasting impact on all who knew him. His legacy lives on through his family, his work, and the countless lives he enriched with his kindness. Drake was a great man, one who you were truly lucky if you got to know him.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at 6:30pm at the funeral home concluding the visitation. Interment will be private.
