Loving Brother of Michael Biggs and his Wife Carmella, Virgina L. “Jenny” Hull and her Husband Richard, Robin Andrews and the late William H. Biggs, Jr. Dear Grandfather of Briella Serio. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Sunday 3:00pm to 6:00pm. A Memorial Services will be held at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 5:30pm.
