Dale was one of the sweetest most wonderful people I ever met. I adored him and and deeply saddened by his passing. He was so kind and so special. May his beautiful soul rest in peace.

I was Program Manager of Dale's contract from 1997 thru mid 2012. I visited the site many times talking in depth with Dale and had dinner with Dale and his wife many times. My condolences to his entire family and especially to his wife and child. Tough times have already been experienced but more tough times lie ahead. I am sure Dales extended family will assist thru those times but please know past friends are out there also.
My prayers for Dale and his family will continue.
