Christopher Paul Walker's Obituary
Christopher Paul Walker, age 65, of Baltimore, Maryland passed peacefully on January 5, 2022.
Christopher was born on May 6, 1956 in Baltimore, Maryland. Christopher attended the Baltimore Polytechnic High School where he was in the A course. He went on to pursue a career as a cabinet maker with several local firms.
Christopher had many interests. In his early years he was fascinated by reptiles and amphibians, particularly turtles, and he would jokingly refer to himself as a herpetologist. Christopher enjoyed using his skills outside of work and created beautiful pieces for many family members and friends. He was a dog lover and as he took his daily walk on Federal Hill he greeted all his four-legged friends. Christopher had a green thumb and he filled his apartment with lovely plants most of which he grew from cuttings. He was an avid reader and a music lover, particularly of the blues.
He was predeceased by his father Charles Andrew Walker, Sr., mother Mary Catherine Walker and older brother Bernard William Walker. He is survived by brother and sisters, Charles and wife Malou, Tina Walker, Julianne Baker, Thomas and wife Mary, Cass and husband Michael, Patricia and husband Robert and Matthew and wife Phyllis and a plethora of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Friends and family members remember his tender sweetness, and he will be greatly missed.
