On June 3, 2025 Christine “Chris” Aura Nightengale passed away. Devoted wife of the late Jim Nightengale. Treasured daughter of the late Michael and Agnes Cadden. Beloved mother of John Shade, Jr, and wife Lisa and the late Chuck Shade, and wife Peggy. Admired sister of the late Bill McDonough, the late Mike Cadden, the late Charles Cadden, the late Alfred Cadden, the late Mary Lemay, the late Timmy McDonough, and the late Anna Woods. Loving grandmother of Nick Shade, his wife Ashley, Tony Shade, and Chuckie Shade, Jr. Dear great-grandmother of Nicholas, Rita, Cayden, Finn, and Nora, also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point, MD 21230 on Wednesday , June 11 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12 at 11:00 AM at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery 5829 Ritchie Highway, Baltimore, MD 21225.
