Suddenly on February 13, 2016 Charles F. Welch, Jr. Better known to his friends as Chuck. A 35 year veteran of the Montgomery County Police Department. Beloved Husband of the late Ingrid Nora Welch (nee Brown) Devoted Father of Ashley “Nicki” Welch and Alex K. Welch. Loving Grandfather of Ryan K. Welch. Beloved Brother of Sharon Chism and the late Gail Wilk. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
