Charles L. Loubert passed away on April 15, 2026; he was 97 years old. Devoted husband to Linda Loubert. Beloved father to Charles J. Loubert, Mary E. Savard and husband Joseph, Peter V. Loubert and wife Sheri, Annette M. Loubert and wife Jill Nowicki, Paul A. Loubert and wife Allison, Marguerite L. Lane and husband Robert, Andrew J. Loubert and wife the late Martha, Robert J. Loubert, Yvette M. Klenner and husband Charles,John T. Loubert and wife Penny, Aimee C. Loubert and wife Debra Baldwin, Gregory R. Lawson and wife Holly, and Christina L. Lawson.
Treasured grandfather to the late Isaac J. Loubert, Mercy R. King, Sarah Stoller, Michelle A. Falks, Emily M. O’Halloran, Elizabeth A.Loubert, Malissa A. Bustamante, Jessica A. Bustamante, James P. Loubert, Matthew V. Loubert, Alfred K. O’Brien, A. Vincent Loubert, Zachary J. Loubert, Monique J. Loubert, R. Danya Loubert, R. Nicole Pena, Amanda Klenner-Labrow, Rebecca Malpica, the late Eric Loubert, Ellen T. Loubert, Gregory Jr., and Carter L. Lawson. Also survived by many other loving family and friends.
Charles was a dedicated teacher, coach, counselor, and community leader who touched many lives through his work, kindness, and advocacy for peace. As a DJ, Charles was known as “Chuck Lewis”. Charles also served as Board President of Clay Pots in Baltimore, “a place to grow,” where he supported and strengthened the community. He will be remembered for his compassion, leadership, and lasting impact on those around him.
