On Monday, April 22, 2024, Charleen Francis Brush passed away. Loving companion of the late William Bawgus, Sr. Devoted mother of Rodney Brush, Jr. and wife Brittany Showalter, Robert Brush, Malinda Brush, William Bawgus, Jr., Heather Bawgus and significant other Steven Wearnes. Dear father of her children, the late Rodney Brush, Sr. Treasured grandmother of Madison Brush, Joshua Schmincke, Daizia Wearnes and Rayen Wearnes. Dear sister of George Bucklew, Mary Jo Bowan, the late Michael Bucklew, the late Pete Bucklew and the late John Bucklew. Cherished aunt of Guy Bucklew, Arthur Bucklew and wife Laura, and great aunt of Zachary Bucklew. Loving owner of her Furbaby, Ruby. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Charleen was kind hearted, compassionate and loved by many. She loved her soap operas, the game shows, Ocean City, and a good Bush beer. She really loved the lottery and always enjoyed her daily play. She lived her life caring for her family and her dog, and her family will remember her as the most caring and loving person you will ever meet on this earth.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Sunday, April 28, 2024 from 3:00 pm-5:00 pm and 7:00 pm-9:00 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 11:00 am at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home. Interment to be held at Glen Haven Cemetery.
