Bridget Sydney Wilson's Obituary
On Sunday, June 23, 2024 Bridget Sydney Wilson passed away. Beloved daughter of the late Charles and Mary Austin. Beloved wife of Collie. Treasured mother of Nicholas and Collie, dear mother-in-law of Alissa and Taylor Grandmother of Collie, Maebelle, Gabriella, Larkyn, Magnolia and Tallulah. Loving sister of Chaz, Toni, and Sharon and loving sister-in-law to Michael. And survived by many loving niece's nephews and other relatives and friends.
Bridget was a loving, kind, caring, generous, intelligent, stubborn, strong, amazing woman. She spent every day of her life taking care of the ones that she loved and making sure their lives could be easier. She went out of her way to help people. Bridget believed in God and always knew that He has a plan for all of us. Bridget held her family together like glue. They would fight and she would work her mysterious ways to make sure they could be brought back together again. Bridget loved her grandbabies so much! They were the light and joy in her life in her latter years.
For 2 years, Bridget suffered in silence so as not to allow her family time to worry about her. She never wanted her family to worry about her because it was her job to do the worrying. Bridget made the long journey from Baltimore to the Eastern Shore to spend her last night together in their home with her soulmate, Collie. They sat up all night "talking". Bridget, we hope you are resting easy with your mother and father and all of the loved ones gone before you. We love you so much and you will never be forgotten in our hearts.
