On September 25, 2020 Bertha R. Elliott (nee Stinchcomb) Better known to her friends as “Bert”. Dearest wife of the late Samuel Holder. Loving mother of Wayne Stinchcomb, Thomas Stinchcomb, Samuel Holder, Freddie Holder and Mary Holder. Dear sister of Charles F. Stinchcomb, Laura Stinchcomb, Johnny Stinchcomb, and Clinton Stinchcomb. Beloved Grandmother of Eric, Jeremy, Jonathan, Jennifer, Josh, Freddie, Christina, Michelle, Daniel, Carlos, and the late Little Wayne, and Shelly. Loving great grandmother of Savannah, Brittany, Rebecca, London, kenneth, kaniyan, Ivyanah, Little Jeremy, Scott, Colin , Rebecca, London and Jaxon. Also survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point MD 21230 on Thursday, from 3:00pm – 5:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00. Due to the Covid 19 restrictions the funeral home can only allow a limited number of people in the funeral home. Everyone entering the funeral home will be required to wear a mask. Please allow additional time if you are planning on coming to the funeral home. Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday at 12:00pm. Interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Cemetery restrictions will only allow a limited number of people at the graveside any additional people will be required to remain by their car at a safe social distance for the duration of the service.
