Amongst the heavenly host, awaiting are her siblings who proceeded her in death; Betty Brown, Claude Henry, Tommy Henry, Jimmy Henry, and Rosetta Miller.
Benny was born in Tennessee where she loved spending time with her family in friends. She was educated in the Tennessee public school system and later graduated. Tennessee was her heart home, but it couldn't hold her, she met the love of her life and they moved to Maryland and started a beautiful life together.
Married to the late Kenneth George “Bubby,” Sr. for 3 over decades, she was a beloved wife who loved watching movies with her husband. From this beautiful union, born were 2 wonderful children Kenneth George, Jr. and Kathy George who also proceeds her in death. She was a very loving and supportive mom and a doting grandmother of 4 grandchildren who she greatly admired.
Benny was the backbone of her family who did take no stuff, but she was kind and loved to spoil her grandchildren. She would walk and pick them up from school, she loved to cook their favorite meals and she never complained about cleaning up after them either. In her eyes they could do no wrong, and if anyone tried to harm them, they were met with her wrath. She carried the same sentiment towards her 14 great-grandchildren. She influenced them to love, cherish and take care one another. She taught them the meaning of life and the importance of family. She had a big heart; she loved to give and make her family laugh. She was admired by all who knew and loved her.
Benny is survived by her loving siblings Barbara Atkinson and Brenda Dell, her admiring grandchildren Kenneth George III, Tionna and Ramon Sr., Deborah George and Christopher George, Eric and Tiffany Thompson, her great-grandchildren Ty-ja, Danielle, Tyler, Janiya, Ramon Jr., Eric, Rihanna, Brendan, Walter, Ramel, Brennan, Teyon, “lil” Eric, Mariya, Carl, Chase, “lil” Chris, Jai-yon and Chrystalin, and her great-great-grandchild Alanna.
Her physical body we will no longer touch, but her memory we will carry because she loved us all so very much!!!
