Barbara Barr's Obituary
Barbara Barr passed away on November 13, 2025, she was 78 years old. Beloved wife of the late Bob Barr. Devoted sister to Arthur, the late Raymond, the late Lloyd, the late Buddy , the late Kenneth, the late Shirley Leight, and the late Carol Williams. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, animals, and other relatives and friends.
Barbara was giving and loving. She never forgot a birthday and enjoyed adding a little flair to the cards that she sent. Being very talkative, Barbara could hold a conversation with anyone for hours. Animals were Barbara’s favorite, she loved to feed pigeons, squirrels, and even the cat that once attacked her. One animal she cared for deeply was Reds, the pigeons that she nursed back to health, who trusted her enough to eat right out of her hand. Barabara will be remembered as a person that would always give a helping hand to anyone that needed it.
The Family invites friends to call at Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue Locust Point, MD 21230 on Wednesday, November 19 from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Funeral service will be held at the end of the visitation at 12:30 pm. Interment to be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
