On February 26, 2018 Anna M. Higgins (nee Tolson) dearest Wife of the late Nelson H. Higgins. Devoted Mother of Sean L. Carper and his Wife Christine N. Carper. Loving Sister of Evelyn Gallion, Pat Morral, Carl Tolson and the late Della Schmidt, Margaret Bratcher, Sissy Schleicher and Lois Anthony. Beloved Grandmother of Kellie S. Carper. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Family invite friends to call at the Charles L. Stevens Funeral Home, Inc. 1501 E. Fort Avenue, Locust Point MD 21230 on Thursday 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday at 10:00am. Private interment service will take place at the Crownsville Veterans Cemetery on Monday.
