I have a lifetime of treasured memories of Bertie, the most is of her love for family and her big heart to others. She was always my little Sis, I will miss our conversations and visits, but I know she is with our family that has gone to Heaven and I will see her again in Gods glory.🙏🏻❤️
Alverta was the most amazing human just about ever. She was loving, kind, and compassionate to those around her including all the four legged creatures that were lucky enough to come into her care. She had a way of making everyone feel loved, special and important. You could confide in her just as easily as laugh with her. She just had a way of making everything better and lifting those around her up. I will miss everything about her and I will try take a piece of her everywhere I go and strive to be the kind of person she was. The only place I will definitely fall short is Colby’s ham sandwiches of which he always tell me I can’t make as good as Aunt Bert. I will love and miss you so much always.
