Gail graduated from Pitman High School, NJ and Lebanon Valley College, PA. She worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance for 30 years and then the Maryland State Insurance Commissioner as Senior Examiner up until the time of her death. Read Obituary
I've been lucky enough to have known Gail since 6th grade. I'll always remember her intelligence, loyalty, and, especially, her sense of humor. She was a very insightful person and an astute judge of character. There's more laughter in heaven now that she is there.

I met Gail at the latter stages of her life at work. I always admired how sharp her mind was and how she would speak her mind. The more that I listened to Gail's stories the more that I realized that those attributes were not by accident. Gail would tell stories about her life in underwriting, her travels, an article that she came across or a book that she was reading. Many would ask when Gail would be retiring. I believe that I can answer that for her. Work doesn't stop at a certain age. People just don't get wheeled off at the age of retirement and stop living. Keep your mind sharp. Keep growing. Keep learning. Keep exploring. I am very thankful to have met her when I did and I will always remember what I have learned. My thoughts and prayers go out to you, her family and close friends.

Gail and I became friends about 44 years ago when we were neighbors at 222 St Paul St (a high rise apartment building in Baltimore). We lived on the 27th floor and I will never forget her. We traveled together many times. to various locations. I can't believe she is gone. I loved her like a sister. She will remain in my heart foreeer. She visited me here in Florida a few years ago when she attended a conference in Ft Lauderdale. I saw her in Baltimore in 2018 and we enjoyed dinner together at DePasquale's. I will NEVER NEVER forget the good times we had together at Tug's Restaurant and Bar in our apartment building in Baltimore. She was always happy.. I will always love you Gail, until we meet again....RIP dear friend.
Gail and I worked with each other for many years and we became the best of friends. Through the years, we frequented many restaurants, attended the Westminster Dog Shows, the theatre, and vacationed in Maine. Upon my recent retirement, I moved to Delaware where she enjoyed visiting and socializing with mutual friends.
I will always remember Gail being a giving and supportive person to children especially in her neighborhood. No matter what the school event was, she was very generous. Gail and I also shared the love of animals - Gail's Corgis and my Golden Retrievers.
I am so saddened of her passing and she will be truly missed.
