Growing up with Billy, there was never a dull moment! My Best memory was when we went to Paris,France ! We were traveling the Alps ,going to St Tropez , we stopped for breakfast and he was trying to order a glass of milk. Not knowing French he mooo'd at the waitress,she brought the very warm goat's milk, he started to drink it and spit it out all over everybody . We laughed about that 🤣 for a long time! Billy you were loved 😍
Mr. Bill always offered to help, from handiwork to helping me find a lawyer after my accident. We’re really gonna miss him in our neighborhood.
