I have had the pleasure of having his mother as my friend for going on 23 years. I've watched Johnathan grow up alongside my own boys. They are all like brothers. He will be greatly missed here on earth. I know he is walking the paved ways in Heaven with Jeasus and his dad Roy Croom.

Instead of being sad, and I know we are. Just as I know you Virginia are because you cannot touch him and speak to him in the earthly since. We should rejoice knowing that Johnathan David Croom is with his Lord and Savior.

Keep an eye out bud. Watch over your family and those that love you.

Johnathan Croom was my first love, from all the way back in middle school. Who would've thought such a beautiful thing could sprout from a silly internet game. We talked continuously, all day and night whenever possible. He saved me countless times from myself. He believed in me, and read to me until I fell asleep. He was my very own angel. We haven't been together for years, but tried to keep in touch even when our significant others tried their best to separate us. He was my best friend and I'm thankful for having him in my life. It's too bad he was taken from us so soon, but God must have better plans for him than to be on this earth. I love you, monster, Forever and Always. And I love the rest of the Croom family as well. Lots of love to all
