Loved both George and Aris. I've known them my entire life. Both had hearts of gold, always gentlemen and good friends that would always step up and help out if they could. When I was a little girl they would help me cross Jackson Street to get my French fries and gravy hook up and if they saw us in hilltop would pay for our food as teenagers. Later in life George would go Ravin with us in DC and dance around with a big floppy hat on and that big Cheshire cat smile making us laugh our asses off. Last time I saw the two of them I gave them both a hug. George was working on job with my husband Butch and treated us to lunch. Aris was grocery shopping and stopped to chat with us after George passed he was doing his best to stay strong and worried about the family. Anytime I saw these 2 it was always South Baltimore love. My heart is heavy since hearing about the passing of Aris. Myself and my twin brothers grew up with Aris & George and have shared a ton of happy memories. We also have shared in the struggle of life, the streets, neighborhoods, and the list goes on. I will miss Aris as I miss George, regularly. I take comfort in knowing that the struggle is over for him, for them. I know that God has wrapped them in his arms...and I know that they are at their happiest again, together!! Rest easy my Angel 😥💔
