Grandma you will be forever in my heart! I have a lot of memories of you, especially when we would be in the house and my father would say, there she goes again Pat. And we knew that it was Grandma coming out of the parking spot in front of her house, doing 50 MPH up the street and hoping that the damn brakes wouldn't give out......LOL.
Or when my father came home one summer night, and walked out back and picked up Grandma and threw her into the pool, and all she said was.......Got damn it Addie! Grandma had a way with words, like when she would said "zink" she meant sink, or "soodor" she meant soda. And another one she & my mother would always say to the kids, you want a little "dink" which was a little drink. It was a Baltimore slang for sure, but she was the last of the dying bread of the Searbur's family. I miss them all dearly & so wish I could turn back the clock to see have them again with us. But, Grandma is at peace & with her siblings again. And as Michael would say to her when he was leaving,
see you later Grand ma ma..........Rest in peace Grandma !
